2002-08-19-20:59 Create orcmid /_private section (orcmid): As part of creating the mirror of orcmid.com under nfoCentrale.net, a _private section was created for operation with FrontPage extensions.
1. There is no planned content for this section, thought usage may be introduced at any future point.
2. Either way, the section will be kept masked and "protected" by an explicit index.htm page.
